My name is Mickey T or @callmemickeyt on Instagram. I am a second generation Vietnamese female tattoo artist. My interest in art and tattoos was nurtured during my childhood and further honed when I decided to pursue a BFA in Illustration from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle.

After completing my degree, I moved to LA to immerse myself in the world of tattooing, hoping to secure an apprenticeship. Rick Walters, Tennessee Dave, and Baba graciously took me under their wings as mentors. With a traditional apprenticeship and a background in illustration, my style has evolved into a unique blend, integrating traditional tattoo fundamentals while exploring the dynamic relationship between the subject and environment.

I enjoy tattooing a wide array of imagery including (but not limited to): Traditional, Japanese Traditional, Neotraditional, Animals, Anime, Disney, Cartoons, 90s nostalgia, video games, and more.
